MTAC Plumbing provides professional construction plumbing services for residential and light commercial projects across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding communities. We work with builders, general contractors, and homeowners to deliver clean, code compliant plumbing installations from rough in to final fixture installation.

All work is completed in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and local municipal requirements.

Construction Plumbing Scope

Our construction plumbing services include:

Underground plumbing, sanitary, storm, and water service installations
Above ground rough in for domestic water, sanitary, and vent systems
Plumbing rough ins for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and utility spaces
Fixture installation, including owner supplied fixtures where applicable
Water heaters, sump pumps, and backwater valves as required
Final trim, testing, inspections, and project closeout

We coordinate our work with framing, electrical, HVAC, and inspection schedules to keep projects moving efficiently.
